No. BidWatch organizes and matches notices, but the issuing agency’s official posting remains authoritative.

Can different users receive different alerts?+

Yes. Recipients can be restricted by company, profile, category, or role. Matt’s account, for example, excludes cleaning work and administrative notices.

Does every source require a paid subscription?+

No. BidWatch begins with public sources and official APIs. Optional paid data providers can be added separately.

Can BidWatch guarantee contract awards?+

No. It improves discovery, qualification, routing, and deadline control; agencies make award decisions.

Can one agency account monitor several companies?+

Yes. The Agency plan is intended for separate client or company workspaces.

Are documents stored?+

The platform can retain source links and document metadata, with protected file storage available as the document pipeline expands.
